Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Personalized or custom-made brooches are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective brooch, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Brooches that show signs of wear or damage after delivery
  • Items not returned in their original condition
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such on product pages)
